Entry fees includes Friday evening meal, golfing, and meals during play.

Platinum Sponsor - $1,000 or more donation Sponsorship includes the prominent display of the business logo in advertising in the newspaper, including a full-page color Thank You ad, web page, Patient Point lobby TV’s at Goodland Regional Medical Center, and on multiple social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Also, the sponsor will have their name and logo on an individual hole sponsorship sign for the golf tournament. Please provide the logo to foundation@ goodlandregional.com as soon as possible.Gold Sponsor - $500 donation Name (and possibly logo if space allows) included in advertising in the newspaper, including the full-page Thank You ad, web page, Patient Point lobby TV at Goodland Regional Medical Center, and multiple social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Silver Sponsor - $250 donation Name included in advertising in the newspaper, including the full-page color Thank You ad, web page, Patient Point lobby TV at Goodland Regional Medical Center, and on multiple social media posts. Also, the name will be printed with other silver sponsors on the hole sponsorship sign at the golf tournament.
Hole Sponsor - $100 donation Name included in full-page Thank You ad in the newspaper and name printed with other hole sponsors on the hole the golf tournament.

Breast Cancer Awareness 5k Walk

Entry Fees $30 per person, t-shirt included
Children 12 and under do not need to register. No child size t-shirts are available..
Vendors On Site There will be two options; to either walk around the track, or via the scenic walkway. Proceeds will support the purchase of medical equipment and supplies for mammograms in the Radiology Department. If you can’t make the walk, consider making a donation.
