All exams minus 3D/4D ultrasound and Screening mammograms require a provider’s order.

$125 self-pay at time of exam which includes Radiologist interpretation cost

Ultrasound
- General
- OB/GYN –including pelvic ultrasound, obstetrics, 3D/4D ultrasound
- Breast exams
Mammography
- Screening Mammograms
No provider order required, must have no breast complaints - Diagnostic exams
Any exams where there may complaints such as breast pain, nipple changes or discharge, lumps, skin changes, etc. Will need a provider’s order. - DO NOT perform breast biopsies.
DEXA
- Bone Densitometry –screening for osteoporosis women ages 65 and older
- Body Composition –provides precise measurements of body fat percentage, muscle mass, and bone density to aid in your fitness journey
- $75 self-pay due at time of exam
