Mobile Check In

Check-in before your visit with us with Mobile Check-in! Phreesia, in partnership with Goodland Family Health Center, is excited to offer you the ability to complete the check-in process prior to your appointment. 

QUICK | SIMPLE | SECURE 

As a patient, you want your doctor’s appointment to be as quick and convenient as possible. By completing your mobile check-in before your visit, you can complete all of your information ahead of time, minimizing the time spent in the waiting room. 

Make sure you provide us with an up-to-date cell phone number and email address to receive your check-in link. 

Haven’t completed Mobile Check-in before? 
Here is what to expect: 

• Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message and/or email prompting you to check-in 
• Text messages will contain a link that will automatically take you to your mobile check-in Emails will contain your appointment information and a button that reads ‘Click here to start.  
• Once you have opened your mobile check-in, you will be prompted to verify your identity by answering a few security questions 
• This ensures that all information you enter is private and secure 
• After you begin your mobile check-in, you will be presented with a series of questions related to your health. You can also sign office policies and consents, if needed, and make a payment if a balance or copay is due. If you would prefer to pay by cash or check, please select that option when prompted and you can pay at the front desk when you come in.
