Prescription Refills
How to Request a Refill:
Please call your pharmacy Even if the bottle says you have zero refills remaining, please call your local pharmacy to initiate the request. Your pharmacist will send a structured electronic request directly to our clinical team. This is the fastest and most accurate way to process your refill.
Required Lead Times
Processing prescription requests requires a careful review of your medical chart by your healthcare provider. Please plan ahead and request your refills in advance:
- Standard Medications: Request at least three (3) business days in advance.
- Controlled Substances: Request at least five (5) business days in advance.
Please note: If you call the clinic for a prescription refill, please understand that the process takes time. Please allow at least 48 hours for your request to be processed. An office visit may be required (to monitor your overall health and condition) prior to refilling your medication.
We are not able to refill medications we have not prescribed.
Important Note on After-Hours Requests:
Refill requests submitted after 3:00 PM on weekdays, or at any time on weekends and holidays may not be processed until the following business day. Please make sure to check your supply before the weekend or holiday begins!
