"My therapeutic approach is
person-centered, and strengths-based to collaboratively explore the
heart of the issue and help patients find clarity and relief. I believe
in coming alongside the patient to help them work through trauma,
grieving and loss, or simply providing support of life stressors by
listening. In sessions we work together to identify strengths, develop
skills, and create strategies so that the patient can overcome their
challenges and walk through them.”
