Manage your Appointment

We value your time and are committed to providing prompt, high-quality care to all our patients. To help us maintain an efficient schedule and ensure every patient has access to the care they need, we ask that you follow our appointment guidelines. 

How to Cancel or Reschedule 

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Giving us advance notice allows us to offer that time slot to another patient who may need services. We will work with you to find the next available time that fits your schedule.

Arriving Late 

We understand that delays happen. However, to keep our clinic running on time for everyone, the following policies apply to late arrivals: 

• Under 15 Minutes Late: We will check you in as usual. Please be aware that you will be worked into the schedule as soon as possible, which may result in a slightly longer wait time. 
• 15+ Minutes Late: Our team will consult with your provider to see if you can still be seen or assist you in rescheduling for another time. 

Missed Appointments ("No-Shows") 

When an appointment is missed without notification, it is marked as a "No-Show." 

• Our Outreach: Because your health is our priority, our staff will reach out to you following a missed visit to discuss any health risks and prioritize getting you back on the schedule. 
•  Impact on Care: Repeatedly missing appointments, arriving late, or canceling without notice makes it difficult for us to serve the community effectively. 
• Please contact us if you need to change or cancel an appointment!

Clinical Safety First 

Your safety is our absolute priority. Regardless of our late policy: 

• Triage: If you arrive late but are experiencing acute symptoms (such as chest pain or difficulty breathing), you will be immediately triaged by a nurse to ensure you are stable before any scheduling decisions are made.
• Clinic Delays: If we are running behind schedule, you will be registered and seen as usual without any penalty to you. We appreciate your patience as we give every patient the dedicated time they require.
